Ecotech Professional Cleaner
Ecotechs provide professional cleaning services by following our 64-point checklist in customers’ homes. Ecotechs receive professional training, a company vehicle, equipment, and eco-friendly supplies. No professional cleaning experience is required as we provide full training and support.
Team Leads continue to perform cleaning duties with the addition of leading 1 or 2 ecotechs and managing the customer relationship onsite. Team Leads may also support the training and development of newer ecotechs.
Trainers utilize their strong expertise and communication skills to develop, train, and coach new ecotechs to follow our 64-point cleaning checklist and meet quality expectations. Trainers follow our training program and split their time between cleaning, training, and supervising new ecotechs.
Managers focus more on driving our business growth with a combination of office work and fieldwork. Managers are responsible for managing and supporting our team of ecotechs to provide the best customer service possible.
