Who We Are
Eco-friendly and Locally Owned
Reese and Jim Leach have been in the aviation industry for over forty years. Both are engineers and pilots and have served the industry in design, test, manufacturing, and maintenance. Jim was a Naval Aviator before returning to industry. Most recently Jim and Reese provided aircraft maintenance and service to the General Aviation community at their Lantana, FL facility for twenty years.
Jim and Reese have lived in Lake Worth for twenty-two years. It is a great place to raise a family. Many outstanding, world-class educational opportunities exist in the Palm Beach County schools and there are many museums and nature areas throughout Palm Beach County. The weather is particularly appealing. Most days are sunny, making flying, fishing, boating, hiking and other outdoor activities available year-round.
Reese and Jim sold their aircraft maintenance business in 2018 to pursue other service-oriented community interests. They were looking for a new business challenge, but also wanted the solid business foundation of an established company. They are now the proud owners of ecomaids of Boynton Beach-Wellington-West Palm Beach.

In their free time, Reese and Jim enjoy flying their Beechcraft Bonanza for pleasure and business. Jim and Reese have three adult children, fortunately all living in South Florida. Family get-togethers are frequent including home remodeling, camping, cooking, and wood working activities. Jim also teaches High School Physics at a local private school. Jim and Reese are active in a local Boy Scout Troop and Church activities.
