Who We Are

Herman Ascher left the corporate workforce in August of 2020 after a merger eliminated numerous corporate teams. He spent thirty-seven years in retail district management with two companies, and the last three years as a Field Operations Area Supervisor covering four states.

He never had to “job hunt” as the next opportunity was always right around the corner.  During his search, he concluded that he always yearned to be a business owner.  Herman realized that his strengths included exceptional team building, coaching, and customer service.

ecomaids of McKinney-East Frisco provided the perfect opportunity to serve the community, run the day-to-day operations, and own the results. “I am extremely excited to build, train, and coach my new team to provide the highest level of service possible.”

Herman has a degree in Criminal Justice and Business Administration.  He moved with his wife Missy to Denison, TX forty years ago and built their dream home there thirteen years ago where he raised three children.  Nathan who is nineteen, attends the local community college where he is preparing to study engineering at a university.  Ashley, twenty-four has a teaching degree. She is married to her high school sweetheart Christian and teaches locally in Denison.  Lauren, twenty-eight, works for the local school district and is currently completing her teaching degree.  Lauren and her husband Nick have four amazing boys and live in Denison.

The Ascher’s have worked in their service area for the past thirty years.  Their favorite thing about the area is the mix of suburban and rural lifestyles.  There is truly something for everyone – with proximity to the DFW metroplex while maintaining a country lifestyle feel.

In their free time the entire family is active in Boy Scouts. Their son Nathan earned his Eagle Scout rank at the age of 15 and is now serving as an adult Assistant Scoutmaster.  They also work hard to participate in food drives stocking the local food pantry at Trinity United Methodist Church.
